yes but it's for Xeon as memory controler is in the CPU, gigabyte even have an itx mobo for xeon.

i like the board scheme, too bad the finish doesn't seem to be as nice... seriously the carbon layer look cheap (i have some real carbon in different patern if they need an exemple) and the wire are not totaly covered. but i like the idea...
