Given the choice I would buy a. Samsung 32D850D 32" £380 can force 3200x1800 res BenQ BL3200PT 32" £440 can force 3200x1800 res No sync but there 32" and cheap and 10 bit displays with 4ms response times. 30" or above before I consider buying.

Given the choice I would prefer not buy any of then as it way over price.

I don't get it, why not make 24" 1440p monitors? Imo 24" is still the sweet spot if your not sitting far from the screen, 27" is just to big.

aw was hoping annoucement for a 144hz 1440 (or maybe 1600p sound even more awesome altought bigger res, bigger size, would make 16:10 less attractive maybe ?)

Come on... Most of us here have 27-32'' screens... My first screen was 21'' (that was 13 years ago) followed by a 24'' dell, then a 27'' LED LG and now a 32'' Panasonic IPS panel... Now, I'm unable to go much smaller than 32'' in size despite the screen being around 1-1.5m away from my eyes... With regards to movies, anything smaller than 27'' simply isn't worth it... Smallest screen I'd accept would be around 29'' in size...
