I was waiting for this monitor. Will grab it as soon as amazon.de has it, hoping I get one with no dead pixels. Should be ok with my Radeon 290.

Not to get into your business, but I don't think your 290 is going to give you 240fps in all your gaming needs. This monitor runs at 240hz and you would be wasting your money IMHO.

Good point, but I don't see many other 27", 1080p, 100 Hz + monitors with decent quality. I should be able to benefit from Adaptive Sync at around 100 fps while having a better than average TN panel.

Had a feeling that for 240hz it would be 1080p and TN.
