Nice. But seriously, you should test https://www.arctic.ac/en/Freezer-34-eSports/ACFRE00059A
sponsored or not, test it and keep it in the table to troll overpriced coolers.

and it's two fans on it for ~$53
single fan is cheaper:

you shouldn't believe any companies own marketing slides. Also, it's why I suggested that Arctic cooler in particular to be tested and put in the charts. I could test it, but who would care? I don't have viewership or any audience reach to speak of.
As for the Cooler I mentioned, it's a 4 heatpipe cooler that outperforms hyper 212 and some other even better coolers. It's not a water cooling system, so what you get in 10-20 minutes is what is going to stay (talking about load). Obviously you are not going to cool 10900K with it. but you are going to be cooling 9700K just fine until 5GHz
What do you mean?

The value of the cooler is just fine, every review says it's the best cooler for that money. It's for ~210W TDP, don't expect to cool 3950x with it.
Also, yes, the prices I linked are universally understood. Should I link the price in RSD from Serbia instead?
Anyway, it probably works better than Be Quiet from this review or pretty much the same. How much is that Be Q in your country? Let me guess, one fan version is not ~$35 (two fan version arctic is $53)
PS. I am not the target audience for any of these coolers, neither are you, but someone with limited budget getting 3600x B450 mobo should probably have more options than $100 AIO or Noctua or BQ.

Sorry, hearing all of them (stock coolers) any cooler, as per usual, is an upgrade. I don't even know why you said that.
