I find it a bit stupid that ATX 3.0 PSUs aren't really out yet when they've known for a while that Nvidia would use this new 12+4 socket on the 4090/4080 cards. A lot of companies are saying early to March 2023 for their 3.0 lineup.

Nvidia`s own AIB`s don`t know what Nvidia is doing, what makes you think PSU manufacturers do?

Unless you are in desperate need of a new higher capacity PSU, there is no reason whatsoever to buy ATX 3.0 PSU. It was already confirmed again and again that 4000 series works 100% on current PSUs and ATX 3.0 PSU will have no benefits at all. Just get the cable from your PSU maker or use included adapter.

Am I missing something ? Why Dark Power Pro 11 (1200 W) is not supported ?

I have reached out to be quiet on this issue. Their response as follows: We have not officially tested this with the Dark Power Pro 11 and the new cable. However, it is technically possible to use these cables on the PSU. But please make sure that you split the load of the GPU correctly to the PSU. Then please use the following PCIe outputs on the PSU: PCIe1 & PCIe3 or PCIe2 & PCIe4

That's because it is a multi-rail PSU. a single-rail PSU on the other hand would need no instructions/documentation.
