This is one of those products where it's really more a matter of profiting on an idea than actually making something innovative. Kind of like re-branding a child's beanbag chair as a dog bed, or rebranding bolt cutters and branch loppers (granted, doesn't so much work the other way around depending on what the metal is made of), or diluted acetone as nail polish remover. The thing is, this is literally just an ugly rack. Anyone budget-conscious would just look at it and think "oh, that idea could work" and buy something else. Anyone not budget-conscious would think "that idea could work but I want something less ugly".

Is such a big deal to do holes in the ceiling?
