Good thing I have the 3GB edition of the GTX 580 in SLI. This game should run like a breeze. 🙂

It'll be for MSAA, just turn it down to 4 and you'll be fine.

I hope I'll be fine at the highest settings without AA at 1920 x 1080.

BF4's requirement is not that far from BF3. I hope my GTX560Ti can still manage medium settings 1080p...

pretty sure recommended means mix of high ultra no aa 1080p, well BF4 does seems better than 3 visual vise but not that much. we find out soon enough

3GB and the 7870? That can't be right... It's more like 7970 or GTX680/780.

All those people that still think 2GB is just fine for this gen are going to get a rude awakening.
3-4Gb is the sweet spot. 🙂

Yeah, it's cutting really close but it's still enough for 1080p.

True that. I already can't max out certain games because of the lack of vRAM on my GTX 680. I regret buying it so early, I should have waited for a 4GB model.

What resolution are you running, what games, at what settings? I'd be interested to know.

I currently us a gtx 660ti and run BF3 @ 1080p full ultra @ 60fps, Vram never goes past 1.5gb or 82% on mem controller load on any of the 64MP maps.

Yeah, from reading that he is saying while 2GB of vram is fine, they don't recommend it. Glad i have held off buying a new GPU so far.

3 gigs of VRAM is the new standard, 2 gigs the minimun, 1 gig don't even consider it and 4 gigs i think is oversize
