Can i have 1440p/4k verison of this with TN panel? yah that anit happen everything is IPS( ips glow is deal breaker) and sup par VA (ridiculous slow response time and overshoot) compare to 55" tv that I have 15~25ms response time and zero over shoot at 60hz.
Maybe i just to picky or i grew up and when standards where much higher and quality mattered which made me unwilling to worse standards.
I will probably be dead before i see a 27" 1440p/4k oled for 399$ if it ever happen maybe this will replace it and actual be soon and cheaper

this is the best option available IMO if you get it on a good sale (use coupon/saving apps to auto find). I got it from Dell Canada at $100 CAD off +$130 more off with a coupon. So far it's been mostly great. The only critical flaw is that out of the box the HDR mapping in games/fullscreen is broken and you have to go into the menu to fix it (turn on "console mode" then through that turn on "source tone map"). Unlike the original version it has user upgradable firmware, so maybe a fix will come.
There are upcoming monitors that are 1440p 240Hz OLEDs, but AFAIK those start at $1K USD and aren't as likely as Dell monitors to quickly go on sale.
Edit: I forgot that in the US the LG C2 can be found for $800. So if you don't mind an enormous 42" TV sitting on your desk, that's an option.
It's (probably) going to be several thousand more years before you'll see a 27" 1440p+ OLED for $400 USD, until then, for the price user1

How far should you be from the panel ? The resolution seem a bit low for a 27"?
My 4K panels are 27-28" but I literally have my nose on it.
