I have been debating on the Intel compute stick for a while now, If this comes out soon I would not mind trying it out I love Asus products! Perfect for my Living-room for netflix ect....Put me down for 2 possibly.Nz

If this thing had 4gb RAM I would buy it. The reason I have not bought those cheap Intel Compute sticks is the 2gb RAM instead of 4gb. I would not have a problem to pay 20 or 30€ more for 4gb model...

Everyone should remember that official specs are bogus. Fully loaded CPU eats around 5W and same goes for iGPU. With basic cooling it can do maybe 70% of maximum clock (like 1~2 cores loaded only). In plastic compute stick, it will choke itself. And btw, those x5-z83xx are limited to 2GB ram. x5-z85xx can do 8GB and with 10W cooling + Throttlestop. They are actually decent. So, before you buy any of those, look if it at least can be modified. (optimally metallic body and little to no space between CPU and cover = coin mod)
