"you'll need a PC, game and graphics card to run 280 FPS to maximize your experience" - easy: 320x240 in low settings

Interesting monitor for the plebs. If I recall correctly there are few or near to none FHD+HDR monitors. That's kinda unique. Fast IPS (not unworthy TN), HDR enabled and low resolution to push higher frames. It will sell like hotcakes if priced properly.

gaming this, gaming that, nice to see product without the word game, Some companies must think were mugs, feel sorry for this generation and the parents that have Johnny screaming, ' I got have this one! ' 🙄

I've already got my 60 Hz 4K monitor with very accurate sRGB colors, thank you. Call me back then there is a 50" 8K montor with accurate Rec.2020 colors and 240 Hz refresh rate.
In fact, omit that refresh rate requirement entirely - just call me back when there is a 50" 8K monitor with accurate Rec.2020 colors and it doesn't run for $3000.

My 27" Asus is 165 hz and that's plenty 😉

So... it's not $123. I don't know how the author even got that number but it's Chinese Yuan, which right now is $528 USD.

1080 lines on a 27-inch monitor seems like very low pixel density to me. I don't think I would want this one.

If it does 280hz there are chances it does just that. Colors will likely be a secondary feature.
I would be happy with a 144hz to set to 100 or 120 depending how much my ryzen 2000 can push.

27inch for HD resolution is pixels stare down show.

I guess it's because 1080p @ 27" sucks that much that I have 5 of them.

for gaming only at +3ft? sure
as a desktop screen used below that distance including office/surfing? nope.
im 50 and dont have perfect eye sight anymore, and i can see pixels even start to see them below 2ft on my 32@1440p.
anyone saying it is, please look up screen res for common phones/tablets, they usually are at least 720p for 6in (244 ppi).

I had a 27" 1080 monitor for a couple years and it was fine in motion. I only saw pixels when I was sitting idle and looking for them. If speed is your top priority, this is probably nicer than some of the other fast monitors out there. Most of them are the same size and res, but TN.

Nobody said picture is crystal clear. I had an 27" 1080p IPS in the past and it was godawful, but it doesn't mean it was unbearable. We are talking about 280hz here, not 75hz. For a gamer 1080p 240hz monitor rivals 4k 60hz if you can achieve those frames. Discussion in this thread turned misled.
