I want to see Prime 95 SmallFFTs running with full AVX on the 13900K.
I disagree pricing is a "separate topic".
Price must be taken into consideration at all times. It's integral to reviews. Without the threat of consumer backlash and bad reviews because of overpriced hardware, corporations will continue increasing prices at will.
I am unsure where this tolerance for these prices come from. 10-15 years ago you would be ruthlessly mocked and treated in a hostile, adversarial manner online and in reviews for releasing such high priced gear, and you would get significant praise for correctly priced releasees - like the E7200 CPU, the HD4850, the GTX 970, even the 8700K in more recent time, undercutting the 1800X/1700X and offering similar performance at 5GHz.
We should really return to an adversarial relationship with corporations. I don't think this sort of treating them politely, with care and consideration regardless what they do works well for consumers, in fact, it's the opposite.
Harsh words, negative reviews with 1 star and not recommending these things must return.

I checked the asus X670 hero and it also does not support 4 dimms and has obviously fewer support than other manufacturers even for 2 dimms, asus clearly has a problem handling DDR5 compare memory QVLs below yourself below

meg ace which I should build in 2-3 weeks we'll see, if my 6200 dominator works fine then 100% asus+intel has a problem because on Z690 either it didn't boot or threw lots of errors in memtest (2 sticks) if it still doesn't work then RMA I guess
EDIT : yes Intel "allegedly" supports 7000+ memory and AMD doesn't I know, but I'd rather be able to use the 4 dimms than buy 800$ memory kits personnally especially since builzoid in one of his videos says that motherboards should either have 2 slots or 4 populated but not empty ones playing the role of interference antennas

the 12900k also showed me I do too much of everything now and 8 (real) cores just don't cut it I would have given up fps for cores if I didn't have a choice, but maybe I will have that choice

16 real Cores on roids would be crazy. I hope V-Cache doesn't make the CPU go above 95°C, TJ-Max or not.

I highly doubt they will aim for anything higher than 95°C, TJ-Max anytime soon , they are still catching flack for that one ! I believe the 3d V-Cache model will come few hundred MHz lower to either match the 95°C, TJ-Max or stay bellow it since V-Cache adds an additional layer on top of the chip.
