But they have kept the extra 2cm on top of the card... this make it incompatible with a lot of ITX chasis 🙁 On MSI they have ITX version with single fan, but with more nice size and still OC...

At least the PCB is small, should be possible to rig up something with an aftermarket cooler. I wouldn't mind seeing a "max-q" variant of one of these with a super compact, low profile blower.

Ha it looks very similar to the cheap Palit 2070 I bought while my 2080TI is being RMAed. Even the cooler looks similar. Maybe some cheap Nvidia reference design? Out of the box the clocks are low though (lower than 1800Mhz) and the cooler is really bad (almost 80°C in a well cooled case). At the end of the day you're probably giving away 10%+ performance over a proper PCB/cooler 2070.
