PLEASE stop calling these cards "DUAL" unless there are TWO GPUs on the board. DUAL is reserved for cards with 2 GPUs. ....example Titan Z, or the 690

Maybe you need to complain to ASUS rather than here, where, they are literally only calling the product by it's official name.
