There is a typo on the first page when you say : ''with temps reaching a maximum of just under 0 Degrees C with nice low noise levels.''
As always, awesome review and a very nice video card.

wish this card came out sooner, pretty epic card, can only imagine good things under water.

I am curious on some of these high end cards why they still provide those nasty molex/pcie connectors. If this is catered for the enthusiast market then surely we have a PSU that does not require use of those accessories.
And if a casual/new to gaming person were to purchase the card, then I would think said person would also know a good quality PSU is required.
That being said, I like the potential on this card. Although it would look wonderful in black rather than the common red as I now see it.

all its missing is 384 bit bandwidth. surprised there isn't a 384 version of the 980 cards. no reason to upgrade your 780's to 980's
glad my EVGA GTX 780tiSC is still keeping up with the 9xx series. I look forward to seeing this frozen and clocked to the gills and where it lands then.

Really love that design, GTX 760 Platinum i had, looked epic but felt so cheap and wasn't worth the price that was near a GTX 770.
This baby will probably go into my new rig in the future!

Well at least it seems to run a heck of a lot cooler than the Asus GTX780ti Matrix I had.
That hit 82c on the GPU and 102c on the VRM's...

I love the low temps and power usage of these cards, not to mention OC'D
this is very close to the dual GPU beasts.
Great job ASUS!
