Truly wondered what was going on with my setup at one point. I have two 120hz monitors and put in a 60hz diagnostic panel just for shits and weird things started to happen. Mainly a wild looking rainbow like bar on the side (left of the screen) popped up and was flashing/strobing crazy like all different colors. Unplug my monitoring monitor and it goes away. Not sure if OS or driver related, but I took it out of the system so it's gone now.
