357mm long the rog !!! my current is 335mm and it's already destroying my case airflow I hate it >< understand that this will wreck your memory blowing up 80°C air straight onto it and DDR5 is already hotter and more unstable than DDR4 I'm not making the long card mistake for the next build I'll buy one who's shorter and of course watercooled 450-600w people do you seriously expect to air cool this ? LOL but I understand I too was using air cooling until I tried to OC a 3960x threadripper and saw 435W on the cpu ! (when it's x24 even a few watts per core makes a huge difference)

If you ignore all the ROG decals and lightings, the fan shroud looks eerily similar to this:

I like both. Asus makes some nice cards but at the premium.

Man those things look HUGE. The TUF card looks better. It would be cool if they would make a WIK SOSS card for a normal price ...

I like how the manufacturer's waited for Ethereum to go away from mining on gpu's before officially announcing the 4000 series..... funny that.

lol, just had to sneak that last bit in didn't you, you're just a statistic, stop implying you're the norm.

I wonder if they're gonna team with Noctua again. We'll probably never see a Chromax version though.

I would probably get a TUF over the Strix (but I won't, as I would have to build an entire new system around such a card), it's probably a lot lighter and might even cool a bit better because of all those openings. As for the Strix, it's a subjective thing, but I can see some people liking it and other find it kitschy. One thing is sure, that one will need some solid anti sag contraptions. Also the price will likely be 2500+ euros...
