Cool that the "ultra" preset requires a lesser Nvidia GPU than "very high" 🙄

it's for 4k ultra 30 fps tho ,i'm pretty sure 1440 very high at 60 fps will be more demanding .

4K60fps needs a 2080TI and higher I presume 🙂 we will see what a 3080/90 can do at 4K 😉

how do we know there is high/very high/ultra? Eventually high is all we got. The old low/medium/high. Ohhh well there is a screenshot there. Didn't see it.

For 1080p 60fps I need a Vega64 or GTX1080? F u c k m e! PS: 50Gb isn't bad, but requiring an SSD is interesting... PS2: Who the f games at 30fps?

It goes like this, no DLSS no purchase. Nuff said.
Fortunately most people have a functioning brain and dont use that terribad upscaling in the first place.

That is ridiculous.

DX12 is good news, both Origins and Odyssey were fairly heavy on CPU. I'm going to wait until I get a new GPU until I play this on PC, though.

Your cards can already run the game no problem. 😉

Depends on the resolution though - that 1080 ti wont be happy running it at 4k xD

Anything below that should be fine. Im looking at 2080 they recommended for 1440p and 1080ti is basically same performance.

If its anything like Origins/Odyssey (and it is), then a beefy CPU will help a lot. When I switched from 5820K to 3900X last year, this was one of the first games that felt a significant boost, not just fps but also "smoothness" for lack of better term. Either way, it won't be a day 1 purchase with this one from me. Not because I don't like the setting (on the contrary), but I have a feeling it will be quite buggy, and even if it won't, it's a much better experience to play a "complete" edition of a single-player game.

You know the janitor did the document when the Enthusiast requirements needs a faster GPU then Ultra. Ubisoft is a fvcking joke of a company. I'm done with their games for some time now, not even worth downloading the cracked versions. And they manage to prove my point with every post they do on www.

No need to purchase this game if you already have uplay+ sub.

I never had problems running the previous installments in DX11 and was getting high frame rate on maxed details. DX12 is generally broken and I think it will kill the performance rather than improve it. I did not enable DX12 on a single game. It is the most f. useless API MS ever released, and still useless after 5 years.
Yup. True story mate. Vulkan is much better. To bad you cant get hdr with vulkan when enabled in os-hdr. Allthough this game will run hdr without it enabled in windows settings Just like oddyssey Also ubisofts games could have much better performance if they used a different engine.

Seeing as it's dx12, unlike odyssey and origins, it should run alot better 🙂

This has nothing to do with the assassins creed Arc. The title used for this game is completely obtuse. They could have just called it Valhalla.

It is ridiculous at this point, you can't expect DLSS in everything, but I hope DLSS gets pushed harder, DLSS 2 is a game changer. I hope AMD's reply to it doesn't become vapourware and is released "soon". Running at full native resolution all the time is old school and needs to end at this point except for when there is so much extra power that it might as well be used for something. At this point it reminds me of ye olde days when the entire map was rendered instead of just what you're looking at, bringing every video card to its knees.

Same with Odyssey. Great game though.

Hybrid input is very very interesting and welcome. All and all the requirements seem very reasonable.
