I used to be buying gigabyte motherboard+gpu combos, now it may change. For navi 5800/5900 i did plan to go with sapphire but if taichi gpus will be comparable at performance i may be buying motherboard+gpu asrock taichi combo from now on.

Anybody else bothered by the fact that they flipped the A (in taichi) from the box to the fan and now, while on the box it clearly looks like tAichi, on the fan it looks like tRichi.
Anybody?

On the backplate is also TRICHI 🙂

Probably the wrong place to mention but lookin at the specs for a 2.7 slot cooling solution I thought of an old (agp old) after market cooler that used heat pipes to move heat to some fins mounted where a backplate would be, above the card...
With both AMD and nvidia pulling back multi gpu why not go both sides of the card with the cooler for extreme air cooling, Probably near silent too

Someone has chosen the wrong Font or ... I wouldn't give a toss. My computer parts go in non see through case. I have not got time to ogle at lcd, rgb , headlights or a vague misprint on my parts. Probably some poor asianated eyesight in a candle lit sweat box factory didn't realise 🙁

depend on wich one... as Asrock do the whole range of mother board.
On the cheapest it's normal one (the one that i have make burn , i mean really burn with flame etc etc on an MSI "normal" board 🙂 ),
on higher motherboard it's the same than Asus or Gigabyte... and so have the same chance to be good.
BTW On server side they have nice good motherboard, not as Tyan or Supermicro but at Asus level.

I can state with absolutely certainty that the Taichi 5700XT would run slower due to this, a 'misprint' like this would definitely affect performance. 😛 😀 When words, fonts and RGB are correctly labeled and implemented on mobos, GPU's, mice, keyboards, etc, they have been proven to improve framerate and raise an ordinary player like me to godlike level. 😉:D
