I got a bios update from Gigabyte last week.

officially that was for RAM support and integrated graphics and that was 1.9, don't think it addressed that issue...

Ah, well probably wrong here then. Just got the feeling that they were one of the first to release the bios updates for fixed multi overclocking, and now this.

They've all been updated within around a week or so, pretty quick for them all imo

There is no fix yet for my board which is Fatal1ty Z170 Gaming K4/D3 maybe this wasnt ddr3 issue at all

Will be there any testing to actually confirm they fixed this? I though this error was on hardware level.

As someone who owns an ASRock mobo and has been in contact with them many times I have to say... they're a ****ing joke. Don't get me started, I'll never buy from them again.
