I'll stick to Gen4 which can be passively cooled, thank you. PC tech is going entirely the wrong direction lately when it comes to heat output, especially CPUs and NVME's.

Phoronix tested the Inland TD510, the highest temp during 10 hours was 60 degrees, the heatsink is super badly designed, so a better designed passive heatsink should last to at least filling the drive up.
