almost like 80% AIO in market is asetek oem now they even win lawsuit i bet most maker already lost interest in making their own aio and just order made to asetek plus not much to improve with aio cooler (technical-wise) it making asetek easily monopolize the market...

Infringement on a crappy design (failing pumps), lol. Only got the corsair aio since they offer 5y warranty and cover all parts that get damaged if it fails. I'll stick with Arctic or ek for future builds, as they use a different design and are actually worth the money.

Y'all clearly don't even know what you're talking about nor what the infringed patent was, but you all immediately have your opinion ready anyway. I don't like Asatek either, but this was completely fair. Asatek's patented design was infringed upon. Coolermaster now uses a different design for their AiO's and all is well. The issue is that Asatek could even patent this, considering other manufacturers are now either forced to partner with Asatek, or jump through hoops to avoid infringing on their patent. It's a very weird situation. But regardless, Asatek was completely in the right here. They had to protect their intellectual property.
