what ? can you start making sense for once ? or is it too hard ? I got mx5 for my 10700F and can't reclaim it cause I gotta have a receipt.I paid in change so no other way to show it on any bill. I already contacted Arctic Germany yesterday and they're not sending me anything without some proof of purchase. I'm already pissed enough about having to change it,and paying once again.Don't need smart ass comments on g3d in addition.

Its a valid problem. I can bet over 90 proc of people don't keep recipt of 5 eur products 😀

Agonist at least do it right Dude is a clown @cucaulay malkin How is it artics (or ppl here, as for smart comments) fault, that you dont have a receipt (or not anymore)? if i didnt get it/keep it for things its relevant, its my fault if there is an issue (and i cant provide proof) period. and nowadays everyone has a camera, even if you own a flip phone, so worst case ppl take a picture before throwing away original..
