It's really nice, but I think an AIO solution would be better for an ITX case that can't fit something bigger than the Fury Nano.

Custom setups are always better in my mind then a AIO. They are easier to upgrade and change broken parts out. You can also make some pretty small custom setups. Don't get me wrong AIOs are nice, but I look at them as starter setups to watercooling.

I think a Raijintek Triton would go awesomely nice with this block added to the loop. It´s an AIO, but it's also expandable, and it really does it's job. Wish they would sell it off Germany...

there is solution from aquacomputer.de too... get the present waterblock then add the airplex modularity system (radiator+pump) and you have a DIY that is far better than any AIO and fit a mini itx case.
