Pretty cool, even though I don't have an m.2 drive yet, I already know that if I got one I would rather use something like this than stick it straight to the motherboard and have a heat pocket (especially since the slot on my Rampage V is for good part directly under my GPU...).

looks relatively slick actually. wonder how efficiently it cools down the hotter drives. id be very interested to hear some numbers. i cant be a guinea pig, i dont have a proper SSD 😀

for me the previous version lowered the temps by 20/25C, if I compare it to the other external m.2 mount I had, that hadn't any heatsink.
