The chipset drivers are identical to the previous Win10 chipset drivers...anyway, they installed fine without a hiccup. I guess it's for folks who want to see "win11" in writing...;) Also, AMD says that the 21.9.1 Adrenalins are specifically geared for Win11 compatibility, even though nothing in the driver info on the AMD site says anything about Win11--as of yesterday, when I installed them, that is...

One of the components curiously enough has notes on them despite the identical version number though but I assume this is Windows 11 OS recognition and whatever tweaks to the installer software rather than the driver files within. EDIT: AMD SFH Driver 1.0.0.320 1.0.0.320 Added support for custom HPD (Human presence detection sensor) support EDIT: Yay blind. It's not that version number from the prior drivers it's Win10 against Win11 😀 A few drivers also don't seem to apply to Win11 anymore at all. Hmm. IOV AS4 ACPI USB Filter CIR EDIT: There's the 3.08 notes again.. SFH. 1.0.0.316 Updated to 1.0.0.320 My own system updates the power plan as a Zen2 CPU user where this still applies. PCI blacklist driver ("driver") Alex Ionescu on Twitter: "Playing around with my first AMD Ryzen system. Turns out the "AMD PCI Driver" isn't actually a PCI Driver... at all. Here's a few fun facts: 1) It registers a process creation notify routine, and checks all process names against a list of 19 hashed names." / Twitter I2C And the security processor or PSP I believe some of these like the SFH are laptop related primarily? (Yeah the sensor fusion hub. Looked it up.)
