I sure hope it'll be able to come close to those refresh rates. "Gimme.....gimme.....gimme!!!"

Problem is, you won't get 120Hz 4K displays until way after those chips. And the rates described here are a theoretical maximum, nowhere near game performance. So don't count on your 4K gaming with 120Hz this fall / winter 😀

"4K H.265 60 Hz game-streaming" Gamers can stream the games compressed to about half the current size while maintaining quality using the new x265 codec with no loss in gaming performance. This will significantly reduce the upstream bandwidth needed. Also ofc sounds like you can stream your gameplay to other devices more easily 🙂 Though I suspect "we" are waiting for the Big Guns to arrive later in the year / next year! Kaby Lake details got leaked... nothing interesting, going to be another 3 - 5% better jobby. So also waiting on Zen to help make this year more interesting again with cheap real 8 core threaded CPUs to help pry my 6+ year old CPU out of my hands!!!
