So that is the 480, thought it was the 470 myself after seeing this though it doesn't really say which is which although the exposed one with the fan is probably the 460. 🙂 http://unlocked.newegg.com/article/hands-amd-rx-460-470-480-graphics-cards EDIT: Maybe the 470 and 480 kinda look the same? (The article actually does state that the 470 is the one shown on top which is the same as the PCB shown here, I missed that when I initially read the article.)

RX-460 with cooling weaker than many chipsets have... Reminds me of GF-MX4000. Just change of cooling allowed me to reach 50% OC.

I like the way amd operates lately. Like the low power consumption and for entering the mid range market. Not everyone has money to spend on 1070 and 1080 and keeping the power consumption low helps for people without proper PSU's to be able to have a good experience. Also having great dx12 performance is great. I'm no amd fanboy but having lower price/performance does help us here in South Africa where things aren't exactly cheap.

I'll be optimistic and go 250€... some friends of mine are visiting the US next month, maybe I'll ask them to bring me one back if the EU price turns out to be ridiculous. 200$ is cheap enough that I don't mind not being able to use danish warranty systems.

Or maybe be realistic as this will be more like 300 £ at the beginning. At least in the UK/ireland. Scan and others are asking 600-650 £ for a 1080....thats 850 to 920 $ Crazy MOFOs... 😛uke2:

1080s are around €850 here in DK - around £670... that's $950 for your americans.

I checked them in Switzerland shops. They have custom GTX 1080 cheaper than we have Founder's Editions. That puts custom vs Custom as quite cheaper there. And Their buying strength is like 4 times as high as ours 🙂 Those big shiny buildings in Brussells are probably reason for Brutal prices things Sells at in EU.
- j/k, everyone loves EU.
- j/k again

There are always DVI Yes, but unfortunately adapters ruin overclockability of monitor. I still don't understand why Nvidia keeping it, but props to it.

NICE Think only having to use a GPU block, and not a large cooling block to cool with it,cheap to have water cooling on:thumbup:

Only reference model it seems. I'm sure the AIB models will add a DVI-D connector.

No DVI, who gives...? People who saved on those cut down monitors knew that DVI is not going to be here forever + it is same story we hear for how long? Over a year? What they saved, they can as well invest into modern monitor with Freesync and still consider it saving/money well spent.

Yeah, show me these "modern" Freesync monitors that is 27", 1440p, IPS/PLS, 120hz. You do realise such monitors either don't exist or cost a LOT.
