If you do not care about small lies and big exaggerations, skip to 5:00 as he compares Tegra X1 to XBone and 2.5 y/o system.
He says it like this:
2.5 years back 300W needed to run Elemental Demo.
With XBone it consumes more than 100W.
And Tegra X1 is magical and does exactly same thing in 10W.
Reality is, Their Tegra X1 demo does run, but crippled textures, bumpmaps, lightning, nearly no particles in comparison to original bench, physics simulated rock is not present except those largest of rocks.
And it really does run between 3 and 6fps.
So the questions:
How many watts it needs to run stable 30fps?
How many watts it needs to run stable 60fps?
If nVidia PR does not deserve slap for PR like this, then they can do any kind of PR, and people will just eat it.

Meh. Easily the weakest ad in this campaign of theirs. I always thought it was really tacky. I can respect companies that focus ads on themselves and not the competition. Same with political ads, I would much rather hear about what positions and ideas you have, not listen to you toss dirt on someone else.
But I guess that's not quite as effective.

Back on topic, when the video goes back to the guy at home drinking with sad slow music I just cant help but feel bad for him, I like this video better than the second one they made but the first "The Fixer" video was the best. All in all a decent laugh was had.
