I've tried reproducing the issue again but it seems like it's fixed. I could be wrong.

You cleaned old drivers and registry before install new ones? Install Driver booster and update all other system drivers too...

Yes! DDU + CCleaner! All my device's drivers are updated! Currently I rolled back to a driver version 16.7.2 and there is not any problem!
