Temporary? Seriously AMD? Guess those R9 290 price cuts will never arrive in my region and vendors are brain dead. Seriously selling a 4Gb GTX770 which says OC on it for more than a standard GTX970? You ought to be the dumbest IT seller. This is the main reason the GTX970 is out of stock everywhere in my region.

I actually think it's a good sign for customers. I can imagine a few people investing in a second 280X/285 or 290X these days if they already have one, to skip another generation for good. Lower prices always are good for the people buying, there's hardly anything bad to be seen there imo.

One of the bigest Asus partners here in Serbia my company is cooperating with since few days ago has a stock full of Asus R9290-4GD5 for dirty cheap 202,58€ + 20% VAT = total 243€ (3 years warranty) :3eyes: What's going on here, here in Serbia we are not used to such low prices?
