I would seriously consider getting something like the 5800X if my X370 board were compatible. That CPU should be plenty good enough for a long while.

For the X370 Taichi, you need the 6.62 version because the 6.61 beta has a problem with running full PCI 16 lanes.
AMD stopped the party, so they stayed in beta and is not showing up on the homepage.
Asrock released beta bios with 5000 support back in December 2020.

How many mobos have actually good enough VRM ? . This was problem in the beginning ( also bios mem ).
