Interesting that they are sticking to the Vega architecture. At the very least, this new release gives us Vega owners peace of mind knowing that there will be support from AMD for the foreseeable future. Then again to me this isn't surprising, with the new Mac Pros using basically the same cards it only makes sense for AMD to release these beasts for the masses, despite Navi taking the spotlight.
