Fiji dont have much FP64 rate as HawaiiXT, GrenadaXT had ( 1:2 FP64 rate ). Like for Maxwell, they have need cut some part, and this is the FP64 part who have take the hit. In addition you will not see 32GB of memory with HBM before a little while. The S9170 is an updated version of the S9150 one who was run with 16GB of GDDR5 and slightly less clock speed. ( just for compare, the K40 of Nvidia have 12GB and less than 2Tflops DP.. for get more or less the same you need take the K80 who is a dual gpu with 12GB / core )
