While R9 3xx is a rebanded of R9 2xx, R9 200 series is supported by this driver. how about changelog ?

Yeah it's instead named after the driver version I think, 15.15.x similar to how the leaked "1040" driver is version 15.20.x and apparently a driver with version number 15.30.x is coming later on, possibly as Catalyst 15.30.
