B.S.! MSRP is still very much inflated.
Undying
Normal? No.

I am sorry but where exactly does 3dcenter got its data from? Which market? Because I've been scouring the whole EU and most places the prices are still quite off MSRP. Sure they are at the lowest they 've been since near release but that's a far cry from MSRP.

I'm still seeing GTX 1050 Ti's for $300... so no the prices have not normalized.
Sylencer
Far from normal or to be called justifiable.

www.geizhals.eu in English.
In relation to @-Tj- the cheapest 3080 can indeed be bought for 859, excluding shipping though.
As they state they're talking about German and Austrian etailers, I guess they're using geizhals.at / DirtyDee
Newegg (USA)
Current Prices vs MSRP:
RTX 3080: $850 (MSRP: $699)
RTX 3070: $699 (MSRP: $499)
RTX 3060: $599 (MSRP: $329)
RTX 3050: $329 (MSRP: $249)
RX 6800 XT: $799 (MSRP: $699)
RX 6700 XT: $498 (MSRP: $479)
RX 6600 XT: $388 (MSRP: $379)
RX 6600: $349 (MSRP: $329)
Sure, you can find some on sale for a little cheaper, but the average price for most are still above MSRP (i.e Gigabyte RTX 3080 Gaming OC 10GB for $759.) That's about what I paid for mine back in November of 2020. At this stage in the game they should be going for around $600. I'm sure someone will argue with their jowls hanging down "mruh! in this current market climate you should consider yourself lucky!"...My reply is, only a fool will pay at or above MSRP for 2 year old tech.

I assume 3Dcenter got their info from Nvidia. lol

Well... Without taxes (because there is none there 🙂 ) it is already like that since 2 month.

In Portugal, prices for both AMD and nVidia are still well above MSRP.

Cards are still super expensive here in Denmark. No idea what the prices are even supposed to be, but they look like they're around 50% more than when the original 30 series GPUs launched. 6000 series started out at that so I've no idea what they ever should've been priced at.
barbacot
It seems that double MSRP price is the new normal...
kanenas
today's prices in the ridiculous country where I live ...
FearFactory
Yeah, maybe in other countries because here in Portugal the prices are still high... 😡
Undying
Prices are still high in many parts of the Europe especially the higher tier cards like 3080 and 6800xt still are in 900eur+ range for a cheapest models.
3070 and 6700xt are little above mrps, 550-600eur while 3060 and 6600xt are 350-450eur. AMD do has better deals and it is somewhat cheaper nvidia.
Saying everything has returned to normal is just silly unless this is the new norm.

I keep reading about those magical price drops but i just don`t see them...
I must be looking at the wrong place...
Supertribble
Yeah prices are not back to normal looking around the popular UK online retailers, Scan, CCL and Ebuyer. £880 for a TUF Gaming 3080 is WAY over what it launched at, which if memory serves me, was about 50 quid over the £650 FE card? Ventus model, which are fine tbf, are over 800, Ventus are usually around the same as stock cards so...things are not back to normal here.
Look for FE cards if you don't mind undervolting or tweaking power.

and for what its wort DDR4 somehow got more expensive, mostly or only Samsung B-die, guess all now buy this for their new intels 12000 and ryzens 5000.. Had my eye on one 32gb kit locally, but the price went trough the roof in the last few days.. guess I will have to buy from Germany too..
