If I was a publisher, there is no way I would release any game in competition with Cyberpunk2077. The hype train alone for that game dwarfs anything else coming out and I wouldn't want to risk losing a lot of sales on the next instalment of my iterative game series.

LOL, Cyberpunk is coming on September 17th. It's one month. How long does every other publisher should wait for their games to release after CP2077??

I don't see any connection between the two. They are completely different games, set in different eras and with completely different story lines. I will buy this AC in a heartbeat, if it is at least what Odiseey was.
