Although I agree their plugins need to be frequently patched and about the only one people still rely on is their Flash plugin- they're only so frequently exploited because their plugins are practically installed on every machine.

Ah, I see Krebs had a role:

I was talking about this with a friend of mine who works for Adobe and it seems Adobe has left out a bit of information like.... These attacks have dramatically increased since the release of there new subscription based service Adobe CC. If it wasn't for the fact that peoples account information has been taken I'd be sitting here laughing at Adobe.

I'm not really surprised by this. I already told my wife to notify the bank and get her card info changed

I can't say I'm surprised about any of this either. Adobe is one of the laziest major software companies I can think of - even EA isn't as lazy. The only reason Adobe isn't ruined is because nobody can compete with photoshop's abilities. There are PLENTY of photo editors out there that are technically superior to photoshop, but none of them match all of PS's features. Flash had a chance to be a great platform but adobe was too lazy to improve performance and only cared about 32 bit windows. Premier seems to be the only program Adobe hasn't completely ruined - considering videos involve thousands of frames per minute (vs just 1 "frame" for photoshop), you can't get away with poor performance, especially when Adobe's competition is overall on-par with features.
A testament of Adobe's laziness is how they asked users what they want and ignored those requests. Within weeks, they were flooded with tens of thousands of requests for a linux release, which they ignored. Petitions were signed for them to make a linux release, and they still didn't want to do it. Even if only 1% of those people would actually buy the CS, that's still profitable for them. It seems to be a very common statistic for linux that the only reason some people don't switch to it is because the adobe CS doesn't work on it. Games seem to be the #1 reason.

I wish people could find something better to do than to hack and make viruses its just annoying and ruins every ones day.
