But papa Jensen said that only Freesync displays have issues?

these issues have nothing to do with the gsync module, its acers programming of the panel emittors.

You have to RMA the monitor or it can be updated by the user ?

I had this issue on my ASUS, sent it back and got 55inch 2019 OLED, cheaper, has higher resolution, looks leagues better and has Gsync compatibility.

You do realize in 6-12 months bye bye TV for PC usage? Burn in is a reality.

laziness.
Many models or many manufacturers as a whole do not update monitors and gpus. I wonder why there is no law to force them. TVs, Laptops and motherboards or other hardware/devices usually fix their issues that way. Is it laziness? Or they just do not care? 🙄

i don't think many of them really bother learning the eccentricities that certain panels come with. for the issue with the panel in the x35 and the asus equivalent, insufficient drive voltage was being used with the overdrive modes that are enabled when gsync is, the vendor firmware block that exists in the gsync module is where this should be tweaked and adjusted, but it was never caused by the gsync module or nvidia's firmware.
