MWE Labs been making basically the same thing for 10 years or so (Sold as Emporer Gaming Chair), you can get them at overclockers for the princely sum of £6500. https://www.overclockers.co.uk/mwe-lab-emperor-xt-motorised-ergonomic-gaming-workstation-chair-carbon-black-gc-001-mw.html I spent some time nearly bought one last year, there are loads of chinese knock offs available as well, check on youtube.
