Apparently, it comes with HDR10 and supports AMD's FreeSync, whilst sold only in Japan.
HDR10 support is something to a true HDR screen. This is once again one of the 'fake' HDR things, at a brightness 300 cd/m² full HDR is just not possible.

I see, thanks for emphasising that. I find it to be a bit of an odd ball this screen, not entirely sure what to think of it other than "not for me" since it doesn't tick my boxes of demanded features.

Why odd, a 32" 4K screen that doesnt cost the earth.

Ohwells 🙂. I got the gaming x 1080ti to match it this year. I'm not that happy about that card though. My 680 lightning had better build quality and didn't squel like this one does. And this is my 2nd 1080ti..., the 1st one was even worse 🙁. Anyways it's barely enough to do 4k on MOST things. Really needed it though since my 680 struggled just to run firefox at that res, had to do alot of fiddling to get the vmem usage down (no triple buffer, etc).
Get it WCed and it will be silent and you can wack it up to 2ghz or higher no problem. My 1080Ti runs COD WW2 at max setting 4K at 100 - 120fps, BF4 is even higher and Res Evil about 70 - 80 fps, more than enough for me.

Because it seems pretty basic, as in AV panel LCD screen, limited viewing angles and no true HDR as Hilbert mentioned. By that I mean I feel like it's catered towards offices where they just need bigger screens and more pixels to work with. On the other hand it does seem to make an attempt at providing decent entertainment media specs. I dunno, if I were to go 4K, I'd need at least a 1080ti to power that, indicating there's a higher budget. a higher budget would demand things like HDR10, dolby vision, O-LED, PSL/IPS panels before going 4K I think. As such, being such a picky person who has very little to spend I'm also sure it'll be a looooooong time before I get to go 4K.
