Even if this is TN , on that size it will not matter but what kind of power will one need?

1. Buy ordinary 24" 1080p IPS monitor 2. Turn on VSR/DSR 3. ??? 4. Profit!
1 major problem. VSR only works with R9 290/285. This is why I havent gotten a new gpu yet since I got rid of my 7950 crossfire. I had no issues with performance or crossfire. One of them decided to die on me.

Two major problems, actually...;) DSR/VSR does not equal UltraHD...it's a matter of missing a few million pixels...;) 1920x1080 = 2, 073, 600 pixels 3840x2160 = 8, 294, 400 pixels Doesn't much matter what is simulated internally, 1920x1080 is still 1920x1080...and always will be.
