I hear a bell. Does anyone else?

Zen3 is where its at. All i see is amd continue to dominate next year as well.

oh they improved the IGP, just what we always wanted!

Oh come on Intel, you're embracing yourself now. 14nm!? Jesus, how many years late now?

Dominate how? In what sense? CPU market share is overwhelmingly on Intel side, so they are not dominating there. I guess I have missed something so if you could please elaborate?

The bell tolls for thee, Intel.

How can you not see it. Amd was not this competitive since athlon 64. I just read how amazon 10 best selling cpus 8 are amd, domination. Basically 14nm+ vs 7nm+ in 2020. We are both from Serbia. You know inflated prices can be here. Ryzen 3600 costs 199eur ffs and am4 boards are dirt cheap.

I think he is referring to which side of fan will troll more the other. Is funny how we waited so much to have balance in cpu market, and now we need to see a dominator somehow. Intel CPUs and AMD CPUs are finally equivalent. And if zen3 is 15% better and next intel gen will be 5% better only, CPUs will be similar, with FPS in game going for a 10% difference. Still no any kind of domination.

Again the `Do it yourself` cpu market is our small garden and count exactly nothing for both companies. Server farm and data center are where the money are.

True, but as a shop owner currently our Ryzen 3 laptops are selling much better than the Intel versions. They are cheaper and can even run some games at moderate settings as they have a much better iGPU.

Amd is nice and all, but i hear allot of stability and software problems [bugs] software i gues ? with a combination of a new ryzen cpu,s and mainbords from every brand, thats not a good sign. I am still happy with my 5930k its almost 6 years old now, but still going strong.

Also current mobile ryzen 3000 are still based on zen+ right? or are already on zen 2 architecture? I bet they sell better, but i also think is because you are aware of the differences and in case of suggestion you speak for the ryzen qualities. But in a large selling point ( like the brand one that sell from hoover to computers ) counting the average uninformed customer, and the average trained selling personal, i bet sells are around the model that looks better and is cheaper.

Apart a destiny 2 bug and a transparently fixed window scheduler i did not hear much. Can you share some of them?

Good job. P.s. Let's not confuse products with actual market-share. As far as I can see, there's been very little shift in market-share between Intel and AMD this year.

The only interesting part in this is lpDDR5 info 5400MHz, what's that 80-90GB/s? I guess 5400 is the base, lol not bad! 6000MHZ rams easy 😀

The current official (non-OC) maximum rate for (LP)DDR5 is 6400 MT/s, twice that of the 3200 MT/s that are "officially" supported for (LP)DDR4. So yeah, bandwidth is doubling.

Hmmm... you might want to elaborate - as much as is required - to qualify what you've just said.

Tell us, what do you predict that market share will look like as Zen2 'products' continue to take hold, and how do you think Zen3 will affect this share? - knowing what you know of Intel's planning for the next 1-2 years?

How have you come up with this idea? More laptops and desktops have AMD processors then in the past many years, more companies are announcing they are using AMD processors or will be using AMD processors. There's been a ton of stated growth and opportunity growth with manufacturers selling PCs (Such as Lenovo or HP or etc.). We haven't even gotten past the biggest electronic sale of the year....(today)

This type of juvenile comments are hilarious, what do you care if its 14nm or 30nm? You should care about performance and price, arguing about underlining technology is irrelevant, if the CPU is faster. And Unlike AMD intel has iGPU with every CPU and it has QuickSync to encode Video. Look at this like that: It took AMD New technology + shrink to twice lower then Intel 7nm vs 14nm, to finally come close in performance Right now Inlets "ancient" 14nm, clocks higher then AMD 7nm, still owns AMD in Games, overclocks higher and has REAL boost clocks.
