ZOWIE FK Mouse
After getting positive feedback from our latest mouse, the ZOWIE EC eVo CL with its faster scroll wheel and IR LED, we have decided to make changes to our other popular model - the ZOWIE FK. From 2014 onwards, ZOWIE FK will have the 24-step scroll wheel as seen in the EC eVo CL series, which makes scrolling faster.
The base will also be having some changes made to it - going from yellow to black. ZOWIE FK will have a built-in IR LED which we introduced with the EC eVo CL Series. If you prefer the 16-step scroll wheel from the current edition of ZOWIE FK you should buy it from our partner stores before it goes out of stock as the next batches of ZOWIE FK will all have the 24-step scroll wheel.

They're more focussed on a niche crowd. Real competitive gamers hate weights and random crap. They want a simple mouse but decent performance with proper parts.
I like their mice (especially the very basic simplistic shapes), just wish max tracking was a bit higher.
(You'd be amazed how much bugs and problems other "high end" mice have)
You won't see top players using a RATSCAR Pro XX DERPMEISTER 5000 mouse. They'll be using Deathadders, MX518's (or G400's rather then G500's), old Intelli mice, ... These mice in the mid range segment their sensors are often better in terms of reliability and raw performance then the top tier parts. The top tier mice tend to sacrifice precision and what not for useless customization.
Same reason the new ROCCAT Savu (and Kone Pure Optical) can be considered a better mouse in raw specs then the more expensive models.
Looks like something you'd get from a kickstarter company.

Best mouse ever.
No marketing gimmicks. It just works.
