Plextor M5 Pro 1.02 firmware download

When we reviewed the rather kickass Plextor M5 SSD last week, afterwards a couple of end-users who have this drive where asking about the v1.02 firmware we ran. To update you one this, I just received an update and Plextor will release firmware revision 1.02 to end users next week. The new M5 Pro offers great new possibilities and to showcase our abilities to design high performance firmware we've decided to release this firmware to push up its performance even higher.

The new Xtreme firmware will be available in a week and existing M5 Pro owners can download it by visiting plextor.com

Changelog:

2012/07/12 1.02 This firmware revision improves:

1. wrong signal of World-Wide Name problems under some systems
