This one is not even nice case design. Looks like the work of an amateur in a basement.

Or you can go even smaller with "thin m-ITX":
For example: http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Q87T/overview/
Combine it with a smaler version of GTX 970: http://www.guru3d.com/news-story/gigabyte-mini-itx-gtx-970-graphics-card.html
And a mPCI-e SSD, and 4970K.
Lay the GPU flat, and use a Pci-e slot riser/extender. And voila, you could probably even use a smal custom fitted Alu/copper-block that extends 1cm, and transfer the heat from the GPU and CPU to a passively cooled Alu-case. In total, it would be perhaps 3-4 cm high, 17cm in width, and around 30cm long. ++ if you need larger cooling-areal. Perhaps you should use a Low-voltage CPU, just to be safe.
But either way, if you have some metal-working skills, you could make a pretty decent gaming-PC, and have a thiny case you easily could fit behind, or inside your monitor (with active cooling).
