Cherry releases MX Board 9.0 Gaming Keyboard

Cherry quietly outs the MX Board 9.0 Gaming Keyboard. The board comes with RGB-lit Cherry MX Blue, MX Brown, and MX Red switches and sports an inward-curving design making the keys along the top of the board easier to reach. It has a quick config changing dial at its upper right corner.

Cherry well known for being a manufacture of mechanical keyboard switches, and keyboards under its own brand has launched the new high-end mechanical gaming keyboard equipped with Cherry MX RGB switches. Other features include an asymmetric design together with a large rotary multi-function dial.

Unfortunately no information on pricing or worldwide availability has been released as yet by Cherry, but as soon as information comes to light we will keep you updated as always. The Cherry MX Board 9.0 Gaming Keyboard requires two USB connections for its full functionality, according to the spec sheet. As mentioned in the intro, the keyboard has some heft – it weighs just under 1.5Kg. Product dimensions are 500 x 220 x 65mm with the USB cable provided being 1.8m long.

Pricing and availability are not yet known, we just heard learned that the product will initially ship in China only.
