CES: Zalman at CES

by Hilbert Hagedoorn on: 01/05/2010 01:08 PM | source: | 0 comment(s)
Over in the USA Zalman is prepping to release a couple of new products from the Pallazo in las Vegas. Guru3D will be traveling over there this week as well to cover CES btw. Zalman will show off the Z7 series chassis, CNPS10X Performa and the VF3000 series.

The first innovation Zalman presents at CES 2010 is the Z7 series. It is the first Zalman chassis series designed for general enthusiastic gamers that presents Zalman quality with reasonable price.  The Z7 features a 120mm back fan, front HDD fan with Blue LED and a side fan with a controller connected to a LED light that changes from bright to light depending on the fan speed. Few of many other features include front side steel mesh bays with anti-dust filters, option for additional side fan and support for CPU Coolers up to 162mm.

Another new product is our final family member of the CNPS10X series, CNPS10X Performa. It is also installed in our Z7 Plus system at Zalman Suite. Our new back plate that only came with the Flex will now be included in the Performa, it supports dual 120mm fan with one fan already included in the package, rippled aluminum fins for better airflow and cooling and it will be compatible with 180mm wide cases.

Last but not least, Zalman is launching VF3000 series VGA cooler. The VF3000 series will come in two different versions; one for the ATI graphics card and the other for the NVIDIA graphics card. The high-capacity 92mm dual fan will keep the graphics card cool and the switch noise-free will keep the cooler to a minimum noise level.

We have setup a meeting with Zalman, more soon.
