AMD Radeon RX Vega Lineup Supposedly leaked - Vega Core, Eclipse and Nova

Indications have been strong that AMD will release three RAdeon RX Vega based graphics cards. Website Digiworthy today reports and seems to be willing to confirm that rumor, and they claim the info is coming from very reliable sources within AMD’s Headquarters.

It is kind off expected that AMD would uncover their Vega based graphics cards at Computex (31st May). Digiworthy claims that the reference model cards will be released on 5th June and that there would be three RX Vega cards on launch:

  • The first card would be called the RX Vega Core which will start at $399. It will deliver performance on par with or better than Nvidia’s GeForce GTX 1070.
  • Then RX Vega Eclipse which will be priced at $499 and will compete head to head with the GTX 1080.
  • The RX Vega Nova will be the Big Vega that will retail at $599 and rival the GTX 1080 Ti.

Earlier on it was rumored that the fastest product would be based on two GPUs, this however remains speculation, much like all info posted bt that website really. We cannot confirm this information whatsoever, but it is spreading like wildfire over the web.

Says it all, another rumor. Let's wait two weeks and see what's really behind the pricing / 3 model lineup.

I'm assuming these are internal product names and not retail names. Otherwise it will be hugely confusing to the average joe which product is faster by the name alone.

hehe patience you must have, labidas ;)
You know it could really be helped as easily as AMD giving out any official information. Then we wouldn't have to worry about leaks and that.
