AMD Japan Reveals the 50th anniversary campaign

In Japan, a new website went up from AMD, as we all know AMD is turning 50 soon and we've seen a number of graphics cards and signed processors already surface in etail. More details are now known.

In the campaign that runs up-to June 23 if you purchase one of the 50th Anniversary products, you'll be eligible to receive two games for free; Tom Clancy's "The Division 2" Gold Edition, and "World War Z,". Tied towards the campaign are the previously mentioned 'Gold edition' Ryzen 7 2700X but also all other regular models. If you purchase the Gold edition proc you'll get a laser-inscribed Lisa Su signature onto that heatspreader, two games, a commemorative sticker, and AMD 50th Anniversary T-Shirt. In order to be eligible, you'd need to purchase selected AMD products:

Currently, only in japan, the campaign website is up and running, we assume more countries to follow. The selected products are:

  • Ryzen 7 2700X Gold Edition (YD270XBGAFA50)
  • Ryzen 7 2700X (YD270XBGAFBOX)
  • Ryzen 7 2700 (YD2700BBAFBOX)
  • Ryzen 7 2700 with WRAITH MAX (YD2700BBAFMAX)
  • Ryzen 5 2600X (YD260XBCAFBOX)
  • Ryzen 5 2600 ( YD2600BBAFBOX)
  • Ryzen 5 2600X with WRAITH MAX (YD260XBCAFMAX)
  • Ryzen 5 2400G (YD2400C5FBBOX)
  • Radeon VII
  • Radeon RX Vega Series
  • Radeon RX 590, RX 580, RX 570

Apparently, there will also be 50th anniversary T-shirts.

Edit: Now noticed, it is also mentioned in the article. Should really pay more attention.

Perhaps if you open your eyes and click on the source link you'd be less frustrated?

Well to be fair, there seems to be something weird going on, since I can't see the link either, both Firefox and iExplorer.
Honestly, I thought I'd have seen the link while reloading the page, but can't seem to get it. Is this maybe a privacy thing, when one blocks trackers or something?

No, because there's nothing tracked.
