ADATA Launches ISSS316 and IMSS316 Industrial-Grade 3D NAND SSDs
ADATA launched two industrial-grade SATA III SSD – the ADATA ISSS316 2.5" and IMSS316 3D TLC mSATA SSD and come in capacities ranging from 32GB to 1TB. Both SSDs support LDPC (Low-Density Parity-Check) error correcting code technology to ensure data integrity.
The ADATA ISSS316 and IMSS316 solid-state drives both use high-quality 3D NAND Flash to offer larger capacities ranging from 32GB to 1TB and excellent performance. The ISSS316 delivers read/write speeds of up to 550/520MB per second while the IMSS316 delivers read/write speeds of up to 540/530MB per second. The ISSS316 is ideally suited for industrial computing, gaming, surveillance, healthcare, defense, and general automation. Meanwhile, the smaller form factor of the IMSS316 makes it suitable for thin clients, and embedded applications.
For added stability and reliability both SSDs support a number of technologies including Self-Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting Technology (S.M.A.R.T.), which can indicate a possible imminent drive failure, and NCQ and Windows TRIM Command to boost performance. What’s more, with support for LDPC (Low-Density Parity-Check) error correcting code technology, both SSDs can detect and fix errors to ensure data integrity and thus enjoy extended lifespans. For convenient management of the SSDs, customers can take advantage of ADATA’s SSD Toolbox, which facilitates the monitoring and managing of the drives, with drive status, wear level, and lifespan information.
Exact availability of the ADATA ISSS316 and IMSS316 SSDs may vary by region. To find out about availability and prices in specific markets, please contact your nearest ADATA office or retailer via industrial.adata.com.

I would call those two 3D TLC ssd's "semi-industrial grade" at best.
